The system, piece by piece

Professional equipment, chosen for the room.

Commercial sound is a chain: a source, a processor that decides where it goes, amplifiers that drive it, and speakers that put it in the room. Screens sit on the same network. We design the whole chain together.

What we design and install

Sound for every room in the location.

Each system is planned around how the space is used, then installed and tested by the same team.

01

Background music and zoned audio

Music that fits each area of the location. A lobby, a sales floor, a studio, and an office can each have their own source and volume.

  • Separate zones with their own source and volume
  • Simple controls for staff
  • Consistent sound from one location to the next
02

Paging and announcements

Announcements that reach the right people without walking the building. Page one zone or the whole location.

  • Paging to one zone or all zones
  • Music that drops while staff speak
  • Planned with the speakers and zones, not added later
03

Commercial speakers and amplification

Ceiling, wall, and pendant speakers placed for even coverage, powered by commercial amplifiers sized for the space.

  • JBL Professional speakers
  • Pyle Bluetooth receivers so staff can stream music from a phone or device
  • LEA Professional amplifiers
  • Speaker placement planned for coverage, not convenience
04

DSP and signal processing

A digital signal processor sits between the sources and the amplifiers and decides what plays where, and how loud.

  • dbx processing and zone control
  • Levels and tone set in the room
  • Settings documented for the next visit

Digital signage and lobby displays

Screens that stay on brand.

Samsung commercial displays for lobbies, front desks, waiting rooms, and menu boards, mounted and connected by our technicians. VEXview, our content system, keeps what is on them current from one dashboard.

  • Class schedules, announcements, and promotions
  • Post once and send to one location or all of them
  • Corporate sets the look, and each location shows its own details
  • Screens supported by the team that installed them

Multi-location and franchise rollouts

Every location sounds like the first one.

For franchise brands and multi-unit operators, Audio & Video is part of the brand. We set the standard once, and each new location gets the same equipment, layout, and settings.

  • An approved equipment list for speakers, amplifiers, processing, and screens
  • An approved layout and install, with settings documented
  • VEXview content controlled by the brand, with local details at each site
  • Support after opening from the same team

Installed and supported in house

Our technicians, start to finish.

We do not subcontract the install. The people who design the system are the people who mount the speakers, hang the screens, tune the zones, and answer the call after.

  • Installed by trained VEXitEY technicians
  • Tested in the room before handoff
  • Help desk support, and VEXcare for ongoing care

Structured cabling tie-in

The wiring behind the sound.

Speaker wire, network cable for displays and amplifiers, and the rack the equipment lives in. When the same team pulls the cable and installs the Audio & Video, nothing falls between vendors.

  • Equipment racks built clean and labeled

Questions

Audio & Video FAQ.

What Audio & Video work does VEXitEY do for businesses?

We design, install, and support commercial Audio & Video: background music in zones, paging and announcements, ceiling and wall speakers, amplifiers, digital signal processing, and digital signage on commercial displays. The same team can run the cabling and support the system after it is installed.

Which brands do you design with and install?

Our designs are built around LEA Professional amplifiers, JBL Professional speakers, dbx signal processors and zone controllers, Pyle Bluetooth receivers that connect phones and devices to the audio system so staff can stream music, and Samsung commercial displays, with VEXview, our own content system, running the screens. We pick the equipment for the space and the budget.

Can different areas of the location play different music at different volumes?

Yes. Zoned audio lets a lobby, a sales floor, a studio, and a back office each have their own source and volume, so one area can be louder or quieter than the next.

Can staff make announcements over the speakers?

Yes. Paging can be added to the system so staff can make announcements to one zone or to the whole location, and the music can drop while they speak.

How does digital signage work with VEXview?

The screens are Samsung commercial displays, and VEXview is the content system that runs them. Schedules, announcements, and promotions are posted from one dashboard and sent to one location or all of them.

Do you use subcontractors for Audio & Video installs?

No. Audio & Video systems are installed by trained VEXitEY technicians, not a subcontracted crew.

Can you make every location sound and look the same?

Yes. For franchise brands and multi-unit operators, we set an approved equipment list, layout, and settings, so each new location matches the last.

Do you run the speaker and display cabling too?

Yes. Our technicians pull the speaker wire and the network cabling for displays and equipment, as part of the same project as the rest of the low-voltage work.

What happens after the system is installed?

The same team supports it. Our help desk handles questions, and VEXcare covers ongoing support for the sound systems and displays we install.

How is an Audio & Video project priced?

Every space is different, so we walk the site or review the plans with you first, then quote the work before it starts.

What areas do you serve?

We work with clients across the United States. The Chicagoland area is our home base, and our technicians travel for multi-location and out-of-state projects.

Ready for sound and screens that match the brand?

Call (815) 749-0600 or send a message. A person will walk the space with you and quote the work before it starts.
