Services

The work behind a managed plan.

Network support, consulting, data, audits, cloud apps, phones, cabling, and software licenses. One team, a quote before the work starts, and a monthly cost you can budget.

Included with the plan.

A managed agreement covers the day-to-day technology, the upkeep, and the reporting. Hardware count changes the price. The quote names it up front.

Day-to-day support

Passwords, new users, printers, a slow machine, a line of business app that stopped. Remote first. On site when someone has to be in the room.

Up-to-date management

Operating systems, third-party applications, device firmware, and the network. Updates can go on after hours so the office keeps working.

Corporate antivirus

Protection on the business devices, watched with the rest of the environment.

Hardware monitoring

Machines and network gear are watched so a failure shows up before the office discovers it.

Offsite backup

The systems that matter are copied off site, with a restore when something is deleted, overwritten, or locked.

Audits and logs

The network, the security policies, and the security logs, reviewed on a schedule. Findings come back as work, not a PDF that sits.

License procurement

Microsoft, NetSuite, and Odoo, plus the other software the business already runs. Licensing is priced into the quote.

Beside an in-house hire

If you already employ an IT person, we can take a defined slice: coverage, security, projects, and the work that does not fit in one seat.

The catalog.

Each of these can sit inside a managed plan or be scoped on its own.

Network support and maintenance

Firewalls, switches, access points, and the paths between sites. We keep the network current, and we fix it when a piece stops carrying the business.

  • A security plan for the network, written before an incident
  • Systems kept on current versions, scheduled around the workday
  • Troubleshooting when Wi-Fi drops or a server goes down

IT consulting

Advice and the people who then do the work. What to buy, what to retire, and how a new office or a new system should be built.

  • Security improvements and a review of policies
  • System design and implementation
  • Training for the people who use the systems
  • Project management through go-live
  • Ongoing infrastructure maintenance

Secured data transportation

Data moving between people, offices, and systems. Encryption and access control so the file that leaves one place arrives only where it should.

  • Protection for data in transit, separate from data sitting in backup
  • End-to-end encryption between the sender and the recipient
  • Moves and backups of client, tenant, and firm records

Enterprise data management

How the business stores, organizes, and retrieves its records. Agreements, maintenance history, transaction files, and the shared drives people actually use.

  • One place to manage, access, and secure the records
  • Records brought together from more than one system
  • Data quality, access, and a dashboard the owner can read

Network audits and security

A look at the network before someone else finds the weak spot. The audit covers the gear, the accounts, and the rules, then turns into a list of fixes.

  • Physical infrastructure and wireless networks
  • User accounts, privileges, and operating systems
  • Policies, procedures, and the software in use
  • Threat review, vulnerability testing, and a penetration test when the scope calls for it

Cloud app integration

Mail, files, and the line-of-business apps connected so people work from the office, a jobsite, or another building without a second copy of everything.

  • Microsoft 365: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • The other cloud tools the company already pays for
  • One sign-in path, and a backup of what lives in Microsoft 365 through VEXsecure

VoIP phones

Phone service on the data network. Setup, moves, and the changes that follow when the office adds a person or a location.

  • New systems and the cutover from the old lines
  • Handsets, auto-attendants, and the numbers clients already know
  • Support after the phones are live

Structured cabling

The cable plant under the network. Offices, shops, and multi-location buildouts. Our technicians pull it.

  • Low-voltage cabling and fiber
  • Racks, MDF and IDF rooms, and labeling
  • Audio & Video cabling for speakers, paging, and displays
  • Coordination with the general contractor on a buildout

Security Cameras

Camera systems on the business network. Designed for the site, cabled and installed by our technicians, and supported after go-live.

  • UniFi Protect IP cameras with NVR recording
  • Remote and mobile viewing, one view across locations
  • PoE cabling, motion alerts, and maintenance

Commercial sound and screens for lobbies, studios, waiting rooms, and offices. Designed for the space, installed by our technicians, and supported after.

  • Background music in zones, and paging
  • Speakers, amplifiers, and signal processing
  • Digital signage on Samsung displays with VEXview

Security platform

Audits find it. VEXsecure keeps watching it.

A network audit is a point in time. VEXsecure is the monthly platform: endpoint detection, a 24/7 security operations center, Microsoft 365 security, Microsoft 365 backup, and dark web monitoring.
