Location Buildouts · New sites, remodels, and relocations · Clients nationwide

New locations that open with the technology already working.

One partner for the network, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, security cameras, Audio & Video, and phones at a new site, a remodel, or a move. Our own technicians install it, check it before opening, and the same team supports it after the doors open. Clients nationwide, with Chicagoland as our home base.

Why one partner

Three trades. One crew. One opening date.

Most IT companies are built for a single office. A new location needs the network, the cabling, the cameras, and the Audio & Video designed together, installed in the right order, and working on day one. When one team owns all of it, nothing falls between vendors.

  • Network, cabling, security cameras, and Audio & Video planned together
  • Coordination with your general contractor
  • Installed by VEXitEY technicians, not a subcontracted crew
  • A pre-opening inspection before guests walk in

What goes in the location

Everything the site needs to open.

Each piece is chosen for the space and the way it will be used, then installed and tested by the same team.

Network, Wi-Fi, and firewalls

Network design and deployment, business Wi-Fi, and firewalls, ready for staff, devices, and guests.

Audio & Video

In-location sound systems, displays and signage, and media control, matched to the last site.

Phones and internet coordination

VoIP phones for the front desk and back office, coordinated with your internet service so both are ready together.

Workstations and devices

Cloud, email, and devices set up so staff can sign in and get to work.

Repeatable rollouts

Approved hardware, layout, and install, so the next location matches the last.

How it works

From walkthrough to opening day.

  1. 01

    Walk

We walk the space with you, and with the general contractor when there is one, and learn how the location will be used.

  2. 02

    Design

The network, cabling, cameras, and Audio & Video are laid out together, to your brand standard if you have one.

  3. 03

    Quote

You get a clear scope and price before work starts.

  4. 04

    Install

Our technicians pull the cable, build the rack, mount cameras and displays, and set up the network.

  5. 05

    Open

A pre-opening inspection checks every system before staff and guests walk in, and support is ready for opening day.

  6. 06

    Support

After opening, the same team supports the location through the help desk and VEXcare.

Multi-location and franchise rollouts

The brand decides once.

We work as the exclusive technology partner or as a standard vendor franchisees can hire. Either way, the brand gets a playbook, and the fiftieth site matches the first.

  • Approved hardware, so the next site is not a new design meeting
  • Approved layout and install: where things go, how they are wired, and how they are tested
  • Approved service: what support looks like after opening, and who escalates to whom
  • A pre-opening inspection at every location

Questions

Location buildout FAQ.

What is a location buildout?

A location buildout is the technology side of opening, remodeling, or moving a business location: the network and Wi-Fi, structured cabling, security cameras, Audio & Video, phones, and staff devices, installed and tested before the doors open.

Do you handle remodels and relocations, not just new locations?

Yes. We plan the technology for a new site, a remodel of an existing space, or a move from one location to another, so the network, cabling, cameras, and Audio & Video are ready when the space is.

Do you use subcontractors for installs?

No. Every cable run, rack build, network deployment, and Audio & Video installation is completed by a trained VEXitEY technician, not a subcontracted crew.

Can you work with our general contractor?

Yes. Coordination with the general contractor is part of the job, so cabling, rooms, and equipment are planned around the construction schedule.

Can you roll out the same setup across many locations?

Yes. For franchise brands and multi-unit operators, we build a playbook with approved hardware, layout, install, and service, so each new location matches the last.

What security camera system do you install?

As a Ubiquiti partner, we design, install, and support UniFi Protect camera systems, with recording on a UniFi recorder and viewing from a phone or computer.

What happens after the location opens?

The same team supports it. Our help desk handles questions once the site is open, and VEXcare covers ongoing support for the location.

How is a buildout priced?

Every location is different, so we walk the site or review the scope with you first, then quote the work before it starts.

What areas do you serve?

We work with clients across the United States. The Chicagoland area is our home base, and our technicians travel for multi-location and out-of-state projects.

Opening, remodeling, or moving a location?
